Surge Protection:
For circuits exposed to high surge voltages or currents, suppression and absorption circuits should be added.

Voltage Rating:
The peak operating voltage of the circuit must be lower than the maximum reverse breakdown voltage (Vrrm) of the Schottky diode.

Temperature Limit:
The actual temperature rise during operation should be less than the maximum junction temperature (Tjmax) specified for the diode.

Current Rating:
The forward current (If) in the circuit must remain below the diode's rated forward current.

Derating Requirements:
In harsh environments, Schottky diodes should be derated to ensure reliability.

When replacing Schottky diodes, try to choose the original model as much as possible, because the forward voltage drop VF, reverse breakdown voltage VR, and reverse leakage current IR of different Schottky models are different
